About
All it takes is one person to believe in you, until you can believe in yourself. There is something so special and so powerful having a bunch of strangers come together to help you unknowingly through a bad time. It gives such a boost to the spirit to find and navigate your way forward.
One year, an autistic son who doesn't speak to others, opened up to me and took me all around his house because he couldn't believe Christmas came early. He was so excited, he wanted to show me the things that mattered to him. Watching his parents breakdown seeing their son, reach out and connect with someone else changed something inside of me.
My mother's motto is: Good things are going to happen to you today but you have to pay attention or you might miss them. She's 89 with dementia and happy always because she decides to be. She is my inspiration for this year's team. "Good Things Are Gonna Happen".
A little about me, I've been a Clarity Strategist and Organizing Expert for over 25 years. I've also been a trainer in the personal development industry for 9 years. Helping people has always been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. This is a perfect outlet. I live in Clearwater with my husband, Freddie and our two dogs, Milo and Lyla. I'm a caregiver for my mother and my brother.
Having both my family members living in facilities, it brings a whole new understanding to helping people during a difficult time. It doesn't take much, but together, we can make the world a better place.
Thank you for helping us raise money for a local family in need.
